I have lived a life burning in the deserts and the other planes. I have lived poetry out, and lived out, outside of the frames of existence. I burn the frames of existence.I like to capture and liberate real scenes of real people morphing into beautiful dada in the face of the absurdities of this disintegrating world.
Being an artist during disintegration, during conflagration, watching the natural world disappear, and the unnatural world appear. In its many forms, on many planes. What a strange position to be in. How ironic to be photographing a society whose eyes are disappearing
And to photograph their eyes. Who will find this art in the future, burned and broken? I want them to find more than plastic.
My solo photographic art show, "Reality Burn!" is currently showing in Olympia, Washington. I have had photographs being gandered at all over the world, like Luxembourg, where I won a ribbon in the Salon Mondial, and in New York, at the Photography 2002 exhibit. But you, my friends, are much more likely to find it on the web, from your house. And it is all over it, like a spider! You can find links to many of these places on my website, www.tantragarden.com. I love being able to transmit images through online magazines, and it makes me get all shivery inside to think about it. What about you?
