I have been taking pictures for 60 years but became serious about 40 years ago. I have had shows in local New Orleans galleries. I have attended workshops conducted by Cole Weston, Jerry Uelsmann, and Michael A. Smith but I am mostly self taught. I am a past president of the Greator New Orleans Photo Soc and the Friends of Photography of the New Orleans Museum of Art. I have won the picture of the year twice from the Gulf States Camera Club Council. I have used large format,medium format and 35mm cameras but at presant my choice is digital images using Photoshop as my editing software and a Nikon 990 as camera.
