  • Corrie Ancone
    .
We welcome Corrie Ancone to PixiPorts Elite. She has been freelancing for over 20 years as a professional photographer in the arts, documentary, film, music, and some corporate areas in Sydney, Australia.

"Drawing my inspiration from mythology and nature, my creativity stems from my lust for finding and exploring sympathies between the human body and natural textures. Using the technique of sandwhiching stills, where colours and textures collide, I create new visual and emotional dimensions, often painterly and surreal. Abstract landscapes and a pantheon of contemporary mythological beings, charged with sensuality and tinged with more than a hint of eroticism." Corrie Ancone

    Mairin Malone
    .
Mairin Malone has moved into Pixiport's Elite section. We have watched this emerging artist reveal her inner reflections with courage and strength.

Watching people silently....their eyes....making up stories in my head about them....and what they are feeling. I have always been intrigued by "eyes"....so with this "art" I am able to create and present a "visual"...and place words on each one of them....and that is the completion of each work.....and if the viewer "feels"....or takes something away with them....that to me...is what my creation is all about.... mairin

    Michael Isenberg
    .
Michael Isenberg joins the Elite Galleries. Michael has been creating Fine Art Photography for 25 years.

"Several years ago I experimented with and then converted totally to digital photography, and simultaneously enjoyed an intense exposure to modern painting on a European vacation. I was enthralled with the impressionists and post-impressionists and began asking myself if I could use my photgraphs to create such imagery. I am not a painter by training or in temperment, but I can see and feel, and three years ago I began to try and answer that question. I loved the mixing of bold srokes and colors, as well the feeling of light these painters were able to achieve, and used them as my starting point. Michael Isenberg ..

    YOURS DIGITALY,PICASSO.
You must always start with something. Afterwards you can remove all traces of reality. There's no danger then, anyway, because the idea of the object will have left an indelible mark. It is what started the artist off, excited his ideas, and stirred up his emotions. Ideas and emotions eventually end up as prisoners in his work. Whatever they do, they can't escape from the picture. They form an integral part of it, even when their presence is no longer discernible. Whether he likes it or not, man is the instrument of nature." Picasso.
