GENE NOCON

Gene Nocon began his photography career in the early 1970's, working in Germany for the Stars and Stripes newspaper. This was followed by 15 years in London, where he printed for Europe's top photographers. During this time, he received the Ilford "Printer of the Year" award. Gene has also been the personal printer and photographic advisor to Linda McCartney and to HRH Prince Andrew. His status as a Royal Photographer was underscored when his photograph of Prince Andrew and Sarah was used for the Royal Wedding commemorative postage stamp. Gene also had his own television series in England called Nocon on Photography . The Gene Nocon Website

As always Pixiport is all ways endeavoring to improve on all of its services particularly ways of showing your work to the world. We now have a SHOWCASE which is updated weekly, and invite everyone to show on a regular basis a new piece, an old favorite; any one of your images you think would be interesting to us. This is a space to share your art with us, not for comment, just as an interest in you and your work.
