Photo Based Mixed Media Processed Images. All of these images are photographs that have been mix media processed. I am primarily a photographer practiced in portraiture and still life, on location or in the studio. I capture images both digitally and traditionally then montage them digitally and organically. I occasionally make use of rubber stamps and other existing imagery. The organic processing involves painting with acrylic, watercolor, pencil, etc., and the collage of prints onto handmade paper and other textural material. All the elements are fused in Photoshop resulting in a high resolution digital file. A physical portfolio is available upon request. Elena Ray
